    Fabulous job from Callaghans Rooflines

    Really pleased that I got Callaghans Rooflines to replace our fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes. They are probably the most professional and conscientious company I've dealt with. Jonathan, Chris and Dave were lovely, very hardworking and they tidied up as they went along. Jonathan kept me informed at all stages and the workmanship cannot be faulted. Its made such a difference to the outside of our house and we are thrilled with the quality of the work. Would not hesitate to recommend Callaghans Rooflines

    Work was carried out to an excellent standard despite un forseen difficulties and atrocious weather conditions. Jonathan and his workers were very polite, respectful and cleared up each night. He kept me fully informed on how things were progressing each day and made sure I was happy before proceeding. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting high quality work done

    Had our guttering and fascia boards replaced and new drainpipes with Jonathan and team. Really professional and quick service.     Replace damaged guttering pipe

    Jonathan came few times to have a look, was very friendly and explained how it can be done clearly as the guttering down pipe needed to go through the roof. Job was done in a professional manner and cleaned up afterwards which is always a plus. Will be using his services again in the future for sure.

Welcome to the profile of my company CALLAGHAN'S ROOFLINES my name is Jonathan Callaghan I've been trading since 2004 as a sole trader and have built my company on recommendations and an excellent customers base, our policy has always been and still is that we treat everyone's property as we'd want ours treat with the utmost respect, and for this reason I DO NOT sub-contract any of my work it's all carried out by myself Jonathan - Chris (brother).

We fit the roofline both ways either the full wood removal where you take all timber off and replace it with a 20mil jumbo fascia and vented soffits or we do the over clad which is where we use a 10mil capping board and a tongue and groove soffits. The over clad job is the most popular we do due to the fact if there's any rotten timber we cut it out and replace it free of charge we will NEVER cover any rotten timber. We also supply and fit the dry verge system on gable ends of the property and also the dry ridge system across the roof of the property.

All the fascia soffits and guttering come in a choice of colours which are White, Anthracite Grey, Black, Brown and Honey oak. Dry verge and dry ridge are available in Charcoal grey, Brown, Terracotta and white. All our work carries a 10 year contract guarantee and all the white products carry a 20 year colourfast guarantee so they stay white and don't discolour.
