  Work carried out on the front and rear of the bungalow, garage and the garage Flat roof. All work carried out to a high standard. The team of Chris, Beth and Jonathan were professional, hardworking polite and trustworthy. From start to finish we were kept informed on the ongoing work. All rubbish removed and cleaned up.   Remove old tiles that were insecure after storms. Replace with a full dry ridge installation

  Second time using Callaghan's, and again a top notch job. Removed the old ridge tiles, installed a new dry ridge system without any fuss. Jonathan, Chris and Beth great work. Punctual, efficient, professional, and friendly. Arranged for scaffolding and skip; cleaned up and made safe each night, talked me through the work before, during and after the work. No subcontracting, no excuses, just made it all go easy. Can recommend them if you want the job to be done correctly.

  If you are wanting any work done on your soffits, fascia, or guttering, don’t hesitate to call Callahans rooflines for a quote. We had the work done over a two week period and were thrilled with the results; it transformed our bungalow. Callahans is a family business; Jonathan Chris and Beth all work together and have a great work ethic, plus, they’re very friendly bunch. They cleaned up every evening before leaving and kept us informed of progress each day. We would highly recommend this company as they did an excellent job.

  Replace a significant part of a roof truss. Replace soffit board and facia. Replace a flat roof.

  Callaghan's were recommended to us by the caretaker of a local school. The quality of work and level of communication were absolutely first class. When they started the job, it became apparent that the work was more extensive than was first anticipated, but Callaghan's honoured the original quote price. Very pleased with every aspect of the work. Highly recommended.

  Replaced guttering and altered guttering around garage

  3rd job they have done for me. Turned up on time as arranged to view what was required and give price. Turned up on time to complete the job. Job completed quickly and very happy with the service again. Both workers very polite. Will always use this company for any further work.

  Fascia, soffits, dry ridge, dry verge, eave protectors, guttering and downpipes replaced

  Very impressed with the whole team providing everything we had agreed. They kept the site clean and tidy throughout nearly a fortnight with us. Chris and Beth were very conscientious and were a pleasure to have working for us.
