Recently had the boiler serviced, the engineer was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the process and what could happen if any problems occurred, he was polite and kept everything neat and tidy and we cannot fault him and would highly recommend his services and look forward to him coming back next time!!!

Tom provided exceptional service while working on our boiler. He thoroughly explained the process, ensuring we understood what to watch for in case of any future issues. His professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out throughout the visit. What truly impressed us was his willingness to go the extra mile, he inspected two radiators that were causing problems and taught us how to resolve the issue ourselves moving forward. I highly recommend Tom and will definitely rely on his services again.
