What truly impressed us was his willingness to go the extra mile, he inspected two radiators that were causing problems and taught us how to resolve the issue ourselves moving forward. Tommy changed a radiator and added a new one. On a separate occasion he fixed a leaking pipe in my ceiling. He is honest, does a good job and is really friendly.
