  Fantastic service from Alex Draper at Calderon Draper Ltd. Alex guided us through a party wall agreement process following the appearance of a crack in our party wall with a neighbour. Alex was friendly, professional and patient as our process become much more lengthy than hoped. He visited site more than once, and recommended trusted suppliers who we have since used successfully for remedial works. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring building surveys and party wall assistance.
