Needed a wall re-rendering with a pebble dashed finish. I was nervous as quality really varies amongst traders but got Paul on private recommendation. Paul at Caldash is simply excellent. Supremely skilled, non nonsense and ultra clean and tidy worker. Got after the job with gusto, no real breaks - just straight to it. Evident he has a huge amount of experience and made it look so easy (which it isn’t). Absolute pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

Paul was recommended to us by a friend as we required a plasterer to rectify the sub-standard quality of recent rendering carried on a party wall by our neighbour’s building company. The existing render was removed and Paul re-rendered the wall to an excellent standard. There was no comparison compared to the previous work carried out. Paul was timely, tidy and meticulous. Following this we used Paul again to render a newly built shed clad with cement board. The standard of Paul’s work was again excellent; the shed looks stunning I can highly recommend Paul; and his pricing is competitive.

Paul is a great tradesman who did a fantastic job. he can't be faulted for advise and quality of work. All completed promptly from acceptance of his quote. Highly recommend !!

Patched up a part of our rendering which had blown. Excellent job. Quick and tidy. End result made the wall look as good as new.
