Niko was not the cheapest offer we got but he understand the complexity of the situation and with an understanding of gardening as well as carpentry, good communication and a great persona i was very happy to trust him to the work. His estimate was cautious (which i appreciated), he worked diligently and did a full job as well as communicating issue sand progress. It was a delight to have him work for us and the arch he has created is identical in style to that which it replaced. All in all an excellent experience.

Nico did a great job replacing a shower screen and fitting a new kitchen tap in an awkward location. He was reliable, came at short notice, and the work was all done to a high standard. I’d be happy to use him again.

We had tasked Niko to demolish our old shed and to build a new one. Niko's work was top notch, having gone out of his way to source very high quality materials and completed a very beautiful shed for us. He and his team built a very solid foundation and installed lighting, wall, flooring and even jet washed our entire garden paving. We could tell this is someone with a great work ethic and we couldn't have asked for more. There were some gaps between days where he worked but ultimately manageable. We highly recommend Niko for any building and refurbishment work.
