Joe had to delay arrival for unavoidable reasons but told me that and so arrived later the same day at time agreed. Work done quickly and efficiently and advised on future actions if required. Professional, efficient and courteous will definitely use again.

Joe from CAIJ Plumbing was fantastic. He called me back straight away after I posted the ad and was clear about costs and timings. When he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. The job took longer than expected, but Joe put in a temporary fix, ordered the right part so I could keep my original flush handle, and came back the next week to finish the job properly just as promised. Reliable, kind, and great at what he does. I’ve definitely found my go-to plumber!
