10 Fix leak around chimney

Chris was prompt to respond to my message about repairs to a leak around my chimney, came out very next day to take a look, identified the problem (broken lead flashings) and quoted the work later that evening and was able to come round the following day to do the work including new flashings, tiles, batten and membrane as needed. We'd had a slight leak in our roof. Chris came and assessed it and told us the problem. When he came to repair it he took photos to show us the damage before he repaired it. He worked tirelessly in scorching temperatures. At the end of the day he tidied everything away. This the second time we have used Chris and have been delighted both times. Chris plods up and down with shoulders laden with tiles until he has all the old tiles down and new tiles up, never seems to complain but will always stop for a chat or refreshments.
