We've been using CAD for a number of years. Dealing with both the office staff and field engineers is always a pleasure; they are responsive, efficient and professional. We have been using Cad Air for over years now. Originally, they safety checked and serviced an old unit that came with our house. When that unit died they sold us a new unit and have maintained it yearly for us.
