He is amazingly knowledgeable and has often been able to talk me through solving problems over the phone as he did today - and he is VERY patient! The installation team arrived at the appointed time and did an excellent job. They explained how to use the equipment very clearly. Possibly the most important point that might be of interest to new customers is the quality accreditation which is something that Cactus took great pride in. The auditor paid us a visit and was happy with his findings. I would recommend taking account of this when comparing quotations.
