  Highly Recommended, Excellent Service and Reliable

  Our house has the drainage issue which the toilet water run extermemly slow even will come back to a higher level. and William came to help us. He started his work about 4:30 pm with smile, and tried to claim us down as we only have one toilet in the house. It is quite a hot day and he explained very details of how would he tackle the issue and using different method. He is a true professional that always optimistic the situation, and keep us believe it can be resovle. At the ned, he put extensive effort to try different ways and solve it in an hour. Which is highly satified of his work.

  Blocked and broken drains

  What a fantastic company. They responded quickly to our blocked and broken drains at the rear of the house, clearing and repairing quickly and then surveying to identify the core problem of a rod stuck in the buchan trap at the front. They returned quickly to dig, remove the rod and build improved access for less than their original quote. They explained everything and were a delight to deal with. Don’t look anywhere else - they are quick, professional and real value for money.

  Drain relining

  We had several partial collapsed sections of our 'dirty' drains. One (costly) survey said lots (ie. expensive) of relining and some (expensive) excavation was required. Another drain company couldn't tell me what their warranty was. Another visited but didn't send in the quote. I was despondent. C4Plus behaved impeccably. A prompt survey (30% less than the first) showed less work was needed - just three patches. Work was carried out by two very competent, efficient, polite guys about a week later. Absolutely, thoroughly, 100% recommended. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

  Blocked wet room

  Had a blockage at my elderly grandparents atrium. Called C4plus and they had a very polite and knowledgeable chap round within 90mins. Cleared a blockage and gave advice on the outlet/trap to save from Blocking again. Very happy with the service. Would definitely use again. Thank you C4
