Called up and Dave attended the same day and got straight to work on the problem. I was highly distressed at having rats in my house and Dave was not only professional and fast acting, he was also incredibly kind and considerate through my many meltdowns! He knows everything there is to know about rats and passed on his knowledge to us so that we could rat-proof our home. He found where they were getting in, so we can sleep at night knowing the problem is sorted. Thanks C2C Pest Control and Dave for your great service!

We had heard scratching in the loft over several weeks so contracted C2C Pest Control on the Tuesday morning and Dave attended 3 hours later. He investigated and identified that we had a furry visitor who had been getting into the loft and found out where it was coming in. He put down some poison and also a powder to track it. He came back a week later and the problem had been sorted. He returned a 3rd time to confirm the problem had gone which it had. Dave was punctual, polite and sorted the problem with no fuss. Highly recommend this company.

Contacted C2C via Checkatrade. Dave came same day and assessed the problem. Identified where the rat was entering the property. Formulated a plan and poison put down in loft space. Able to identify one rat present and establish when rat took poison. A week later, rat seemed to have gone and week 2, rat definitely gone. Dave then advised what to do to make sure rat does not return and gave useful advice for future. Always kept us up to date and turned up when he said he would.

We had an increasing problem with rats entering the house by routes unknown! Dave visited three times and laid bait. On the second visit the bait hadn't been touched so it was moved. We are semi detached so he visited next door and found the likely entry point. This was loosely filled and left. This was definitely where the rats entered as they removed the filling on consecutive nights to gain entry and make their way through cavity walls to our house. The bait did the trick and we are now rat free with all entry holes sealed! Dave was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
