Yesterday morning our boiler broke down and we had no heating. Tonight we have a new boiler and a warm house. We phoned Alistair at noon yesterday. He came to look at 7pm and sent us a detailed estimate at 10pm. He was back with a boiler at 11am this morning and by 6pm the new boiler was installed and working, 30 hours from the first contact. Alistair was friendly and helpful and the work was expertly carried out. We were delighted.
