The whole of the team in the office and out on the job have been great. Very professional and affable team came to our house. They worked very hard, and did their best to minimise the effect of building work on our lives and our home. We are delighted with the result, and we are extremely grateful. Highly rated. BWT attended to carry out extensive damp works in two rooms in my house. (Kitchen & bedroom) I’ll be honest, I was absolutely dreading this work being done, but it was completely stress free! Mick did a fantastic job, and the work was completed much quicker than I expected. I really appreciate how much care Mick took to cover other items in the rooms whilst working, closed doors, opened windows & cleaned down before he left each day. We used BWT South East to damp proof a wall in our flat. They did a really excellent job. Simon and Mike worked fast, tidily and to a high standard. Was really impressed with the communication from the company, and the way BWT tidied up their work each day.

Called BWT to investigate signs of potential wall tie corrosion. Good communication, attended at agreed time, performed a thorough investigation using a probe and provided (very much appreciated) honest feedback. They are obviously experts in their field. Will definitely use again.

Work was arranged a couple of months in advance and a reminder sent a few days before the start. All work was carried out in the timeframe allotted and was carried out efficiently, with real care taken to keep the area clean. All rubbish was bagged up on the side of the property and removed completely on the final day. Excellent all round.
