BWT's surveyor Phil came to inspect the property and gave advice on several problem areas. He promptly sent a report and quote for injecting a damp proof course and replastering/tanking 2 kitchen walls. (The report also set out what external building maintenance work was necessary by builders.) Pete came to carry out the internal works over 4 days and has done a very good job. He and Phil answered all my queries before, during and after the work.

New floors fitted through flat. Was an extensive job as all sub flooring replaced. Work done to an extremely high standard and left clean and tidy. Excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team.

The whole of the team in the office and out on the job have been great. Very professional and affable team came to our house. They worked very hard, and did their best to minimise the effect of building work on our lives and our home. We are delighted with the result, and we are extremely grateful. Highly rated. We would go to them first if we had any problem again in the future.

BWT attended to carry out extensive damp works in two rooms in my house. (Kitchen & bedroom) I’ll be honest, I was absolutely dreading this work being done, but it was completely stress free! Mick did a fantastic job, and the work was completed much quicker than I expected. I really appreciate how much care Mick took to cover other items in the rooms whilst working, closed doors, opened windows & cleaned down before he left each day. We used BWT South East to damp proof a wall in our flat. They did a really excellent job. Simon and Mike worked fast, tidily and to a high standard. Was really impressed with the communication from the company, and the way BWT tidied up their work each day.
