  Terrible job

  This person promised a “like‑for‑like” replacement of my canopy brace. That should have included the original mortice‑and‑tenon joint, but that was not the case. They didn’t prop the canopy, cut the existing brace in place, and tried to fit a butt‑cut piece of timber with a single badly placed screw. The work ignored basic timber‑engineering principles and had no structural integrity. I had to stop them before they damaged the next bracket and ended up paying them just to leave. The whole job then had to be redone properly by someone else including mortice and tenon (aka "like for like")

  Fascia replacement discovers urgent roof repairs.

  A section of Fascia trim was damaged by recent strong gales. Contacted B W Roofing to replace it. Close inspection revealed more serious deteriorated woodwork across the roof. Untouched since the house was built in 1973, it had just 'aged'; the fascia failing was the first sign. Excellent work by B W Roofing. Kept informed of all aspects, not pressured or surprised by anything. Outstanding work, at speed while not being rushed. Will be recommending them to others.

  Roofer roofing as you'd hope a roofer would

  Great communication with really helpful video updates and close up's of the issues without having to climb a scaffold to see, Work was started - and completed extremely promptly and they have done an excellent job, I would happily use them again if I ever needed help with a roofing issue, Thank you for a nice easy stress free job completed superbly!
