Ben has worked with us renovating our house and has replaced our water tank and installed two new bathrooms. We are over the moon with the service provided. Ben is professional, friendly, and tidy and the quality of his work is second to none. He dealt with any issues professionally and promptly and has always been at the end of the phone for support. Awesome service from Ben! Our boiler decided to fail, and after struggling to find someone local to help, I gave BW a shot - even though it was nearly 17:00 when I called and left a voicemail, Ben returned my call and listened to my issue; sadly having an uncommon (Baxi) boiler - parts weren't on hand immediately. But Ben kindly offered a loan of some oil filled heaters, whilst he arranged to come and check the issue. The visit was prompt and perfectly on time - Ben tackled our boiler and quickly diagnosed the fault, arranging for parts to come in the next day or so - again offering the use

The Guys were really good, after our old oil boiler finally gave up we needed a new one before the winter. Explained the pros and cons of different manufacturers and suggested a new location away from the house. Everything was clean, punctual and on budget! Will see you next year for the service!
