The knowledge, efficiency and quality of workmanship and the tidy clean way work was done was outstanding. We would recommend B W heating to give total satisfaction. My central heating was coming to the end of its life, following a few breakdowns last winter, I didn’t want to be stuck this year! Ben was excellent, talked me through all the options. He even installed some posh designer radiators in keeping with the character of my house. He forewarned me that this work would be quite disruptive, but the house was tidy every evening when I came home from work. I would definitely use and recommend Ben for anything else I need in the future.

Excellent service. Very quick response to my call. BW came the same day to assess my needs as we had no hot water at all due to a system failure of our old Boliermate2. Provider was very flexible and was able to get our new system installed and running within a week...which was greatly appreciated. Was kept informed throughout the installation process. Minimal disruption/ clean and tidy working practices. Always ensured I was happy with the work being done and when. Diligent and professional service. Would definitely use again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Work was carried out over two weeks, there was no mess left at the end of each day. We were so impressed with the high quality and professional finish of the work. They went above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend!
