  Beware, didn't turn up three times...

  Had cleared gutters for us before, done a good job. Appointment to come again in April, cancelled on the day. Rescheduled for May, cancelled the day before. Rescheduled for June, cancelled again yesterday and said - after three months of waiting - "we have bitten off more than we can chew with a commercial client so I'm afraid I'm going to have [to] knock the domestic work on the head"

  Communication with Ben was excellent throughout, there were a couple of obstacles along the way but Ben was true to his word and booked us in as a priority once he'd had equipment replaced. Ben was polite, efficient, helpful, and diligent in his work. I'd definitely recommend BWH Cleaning and we will use them again.
