I had my window stuck as the mechanism failed, after inspection I had a quick quote and what job need to be carried, I've been updated with the schedule and after few days when the replacement arrived he came to carry out the job, very professional and good attention to details, he fix a problem other "professionals" refuse to do in a timely manner. highly recommended 10/10

Brilliant service, punctual and friendly. BW Glazing and Locks made sure we were informed throughout on what was going on, and was thorough with their work. Very professional and super knowledgeable.
