I am so so pleased with BWE. It is obviously a busy company who go here there and everywhere throughout Essex and Kent but the communication was excellent and the repair job was not overpriced. Danny was excellent and very helpful, full of advice. He fixed my garage door very quickly, thank you so much. Definitely a fair deal, not overpriced and excellent service. I am very very happy.

Turned up on time, fitted the door in a couple of hours, didn't leave a mess and charged as per quote. What's not to like ?

Danny was very good to deal with, we had a free call out to see what the problem was and to see if it could be fixed there and then. Unfortunately it couldn’t be and a new system was ordered for fitting the following Friday. Danny arrived and removed and fitted the new system within a few hours making sure my Dad tested it and was happy also before they left. Would highly recommend their services.

Contacted Checkatrade and received four interested company. First responder phoned and asked if I would like an engineer to visit at no charge to assess requirements. Booked date for am visit. Engineer arrived on time and was able to quickly find problem and rectify. Very impressed with his politeness and attitude. He explained the problem and how he could fix it. All done in 46 mins. Extremely satisfied.
