Ben was courteous and reliable from the first visit to prepare a quote. On the day of the work he arrived on time carried out the work efficiently and effectively. The final outcome was a really neat job. He was professional and personable. I would highly recommend him.

Ben was incredibly helpful when he came out to have a look at the work. He told us what would need to be done and gave us different options on how to achieve what we were after. Ben turned up exactly when he said he was going to and completed the work exactly how we envisioned it. I will definitely be using Ben again once we start renovations inside.

BW Electrical Services are a pleasure to deal with. Ben is exceptional at what he does, this is one of many jobs he has carried out at our house and we always call him for any electrical works needed.

Our upstairs ceiling lights were not working, they would occasionally work, flicker and flash but then go off. We had had two electricians round, one had ghosted me, the other couldn’t come back to sully investigate for 6 weeks. Spoke to Ben, described the problem not being straight forward and he put the day aside to come and investigate, his initial thoughts on the problem didn’t correct him and he was clearly stumped but determined. Ben worked logically though the electrical circuit and eventually found a loose box in the loft. He was an excellent contractor.
