Brad came and quoted for the job and sent me an email for the written quote. He was able to complete the work very quickly after I accepted the quote. He arrived when he said he would and carried out to work to install an outside tap from my first floor flat. He was friendly and left the place clean and tidy.

This was only a small job to repair a leaking tap, but Brad was wonderful. He arrived early, soon assessed what the problem was, then clearly explained what needed to be done. He then got work and quickly had everything sorted. It was such a relief not to have water leaking all over the kitchen worktop. We are very pleased with Brad and his work and cannot recommend him highly enough. We would definitely contact him for further work in the future.
