Buzz came to our office to fix a squeaky tap in the kitchen. He was very efficient, communicated clearly throughout, and completed the job quickly. Buzz is a bit of a legend. We had a bit of a miscommunication about the size of my IKEA unit (my fault). But he managed to create the whole thing, plus while he was here we discussed a problem with a toilet flush. And whilst looking at it the whole system disintegrated because it was ancient, Buzz stayed around and fix the whole thing. And it now works great! 10/10 for professionalism and niceness. Big fan and I’ll be calling him again when needed :)
