Great communication and reliability. Spoke to Sonya first after leaving a message. Got back to me within half an hour. Sonya booked this in and checked the day before, I still needed the service and called again on the day with a time slot Sonny will be round. Sonny gave the machine a thorough check over to establish where the leak was coming from, gave the washing machine a service and recommended a few things to do to prolong it's life. I'm pleased to say the machine no longer leaks. Would use again and highly recommend.

Our tumble dryer stopped working and after contacting Busy Bees and speaking to Sonya, was given a date for technician visit. She called on the day of the visit to confirm the time of visit. Sonny arrived in the given time frame and explained everything that he would need to do and look at. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. Made sure the system worked correctly. Would recommend as a trades person.
