Great and very knowledgeable. I’ve hired sak to install a new boiler in kitchen which was new place for boiler. He did job professionally and he was cheapest so far. I had some water hammering problems since last 5 years and no one could sort out. But sak sorted within few hours so he’s definitely very knowledgeable. Overall I’m very happy and will always call busy Bees.

My experience from the 1st call till completion of the work with mo has been great. The gentleman is experienced and spot on time he promises. He proved that quality doesn't always cost an arm & leg. I've saved the contact for future. highly recommended.

I called as needed a new free standing range cooker installed. Muhammad Saqib was able to accommodate us after hours when he arrived at agreed time. He is very passionate about his work and goes above and beyond expectations to complete the work in a absolutely pristine condition. He explained every step of the work. After seeing the gas connection which was over 20 years old and not as per the new regulations, instead of deciding to comeback in the morning. as it was going to take alot longer to complete the work. He stayed until he fished the work and explained and double checked things.

Sek is amazing. He's reliable, fast, clever and professional. He thoroughly diagnosed & repair a gas leak, we were of unaware as we never smelt any gas. We were so satisfied from his work & knowledge that we decided to give him the new boiler installation contract and we couldn't be happy. He did power flush as well and took the old boiler for scrap. When he left, there was no work left for us to do as it was a very tidy job. I've referred him to my other friends who wanted a new installation as he's reliable. 5 stars

I called for emergency repair of outside burst pipe. Sak came on time he promised and not only repaired but insulated the pipe as well plus installed isolation valve inside so it won’t happen again. He installed non returning valve as well and the cost of repair was very economical. I would highly recommend.

I needed a gas hob to replace my electric hob. He installed a new connection from gas meter as there was no existing gas connection. Upon inspection he found the gas leak. He called Cadent and waited until the gas specialist from Cadent fixed the problem. He installed the new gas line and hob and educated me about the relevant regulations which I wasn’t aware of. He marked the gas pipe with yellow tapes and yellow clips which I felt was a step up in his work as I’ve never seen anybody else doing before. Highly recommended and very tidy, professional work!
