Our underfloor heating had been wired incorrectly so that our thermostats didn’t control the correct zones. Also, one actuator needed replacement. Service was prompt and efficient. Engineer listened to how I thought the zones should be controlled and asked careful questions to check if I might be correct. He altered the wiring accordingly - and it was a success.
