  Chris did a fantastic job diagnosing and resolving a rather complicated issue with our expansion tank and hot water cylinder. After a few visits and clear communication, he carried out the necessary work to fix the issue. He was very hard working with attention to detail. We are very pleased with our experience and would thoroughly recommend Chris to others.

  Calm Professionalism got us out of a tight spot

  Chris quoted us a new Worcester Bosch boiler on a Friday, arrived on the Monday and had completed the entire job by Wednesday, to get us out of a tight pickle with our fast failing boiler! During the process he outlined several options, patiently answered our questions, and advised us on some clever smart boiler controls (eg Hive) which should also make the whole heating system much simpler to manage going forward. Chris approached the job with calm professionalism throughout, and based on our experience we’d happily recommend him.

  We recently had a new Worcester boiler fitted by Chris and he did a fantastic job. He was very polite and did all aspects of the work to a really high standard. The mess was kept to a minimum and he tidied up after himself which was appreciated. I will definitely use Chris on our next job and would be happy to recommend him to friends and family.
