  Turned up when they said they would and completed the job quickly and professionally

  Communication was top notch, arranged a time and date, rearranged the time and turned up when they said they would. Didn't complain about the state of the work area which was a garage and not as tidy and clean a work area as they had every right to expect and completed the job very efficiently and quickly. Would definitely use them again.

  Dom was really responsive and came out the same day and fixed the problem there and then. He then came back later and fixed some lights for us! Very efficient service

  while the engineer was 15 minutes later than we were told, this was not an issue. They were friendly and transparent throughout the process and very diligent in getting everything solved. overall really happy with the work done

  I honestly can’t fault Burton Electrical and am a happy returning customer. They completed the first fix on a Grade II listed home with great care and professionalism. The team were a pleasure to have on site, communicated clearly throughout, worked efficiently, and kept the property clean and well respected at all times.
