Making a live electrical cable safe

I received a prompt response to my request for help with an electrical safety concern (a live cable ending in a floorboard of the bathroom) uncovered during renovation work. After sending photos of the issue, I was provided with a quote for the work and the team's availability to do the work. The team arrived at the agreed time and completed the job professionally, making the cable safe and allowing me to continue my renovations without any costly delays.

Warren responded really quickly to my initial job post and gave us a competitive, fair quote from pictures we sent him. Within 10 days the work was done, by Danny and Ollie - who were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Really happy with the quality of the work.

Warren and his team came to me after my son had recommended them so highly and they certainly did live up to and even exceeded my expectations! Polite, courteous and hard- working - nothing was too much trouble and they cleaned up after themselves meticulously!
