Burns Removals were able to respond to a very short notice request to move an elderly lady from her house to a retirement complex. They attended on the day of the enquiry to do a home visit and gave an immediate, very acceptable quote. On the day the two guys, Robby and Aaron, were punctual, hard-working, professional and friendly. Due to the design of the building and lack of lifts, they were required to carry every item up the stairs to the first floor. They remained unfailingly friendly and cheerful, despite the extra effort required and some heavy rain. Thank you very much.

The Burns removals guys will do exactly what you need. Despite some challenges (out via lift, into a house with 4 floors, American Style fridge etc) they made it look easy. Just a reminder to everyone to mark every box's destination room as it may not end up with everything in the right place. However, the Burn's guys did ask whenever possible when something wasn't clear. All in all, great job.
