  Single storey extension and full ground floor renovation

  We chose Burhill Properties Ltd primarily due to their excellent reviews and it was a bonus for us that we were able to support local builders. Geoff at Burhill Properties Ltd engaged with our build process, provided a competitive and detailed quote and remained in contact leading up to the build. Burhill Properties undertook the build as and when they said they would. Eli and his team were brilliant throughout - extremely hardworking, respectful and approachable throughout. We would highly recommend Burhill Properties Ltd and are thrilled that we made the decision to do so.

  Review of Burhill

  We used Burhill Properties Ltd for a complete home renovation in 2025 in Cobham, Surrey. I cannot recommend them highly enough, the management of the job, the quality of finish and the tradesmen were all a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly use them for any future projects.

  Ground floor rear extension

  Geoff and his team have just completed a rear extension for us. We are very pleased with what they have built and, equally important, the way they have managed the project. Plus, quote and final bill match. We would certainly recommend Burhill Properties to others. Geoff always goes the extra mile in terms of customer engagement. He is helpful, flexible, makes good suggestions and stays close to the job as it progresses. His long standing and competent team, led by Elli, worked really hard and were always timely, friendly and polite.

  House renovation

  Geoff was recommended to us through three different friends who had renovations/ extensions completed and we had seen great work. He was very knowledgeable, honest with us over some ideas we had and had options and solutions to issues that came up with our house that had not been looked after. Geoff's crew were very friendly, hard working, on time and always left everything as tidy as possible as well as tidying up after themselves. We required many walls to be knocked down, multiple steel beams and supports, new walls, a new ensuite, a new roof...we are delighted with the end result.

  Renovation of an existing bungalow, including the complete roof replacement

  We have used Burhill Properties for a previous house renovation, and had no second thoughts about contacting them to quote for our new home renovation. We got quotes from 3 builders, but we obviously selected Burhill Properties based on overall best value, and proven quality delivery. The building works were delivered well and in line with the originally estimated timeline. We also had positive feedback from our neighbours (as we had to move out), saying that the building team were courteous and considerate during the delivery period. We are very happy with the works completed by Burhill

  Rear extension and downstairs remodel

  After being recommended Geoff/Burhill Properties by our architect and a previous neighbour, we engaged Geoff in September 2024 to carry out the build of a rear extension and downstairs remodel of our home. From the outset Geoff has been polite and professional. He provided a clear detailed quote which was very competitive. We agreed a start date which Geoff stuck too, and Geoff and his guys even completed the build a number of weeks earlier than planned. Geoff stuck to the agreed quote with no additional unexpected costs. The boys working for Geoff were all friendly and knowledgable too.
