  Garden Landscaping Patio

  We got Geoff’s team back for gardening works after the successful extension! All the guys with Eli and particular mention to Adi who did a marvellous job of helping us to landscape the garden. The upper tier was dug out and a retaining wall added for planters. Porcelain tiles were paved. Adi was great at problem solving on dealing with slopes , integration with existing wall and step heights. Drainage was a top concern. Geoff recommended a large soakaway which we are so grateful to avoid any flooding & ensuring all existing storm drain pipes were reconnected. The pergola was the cherry on top!

  Great builder

  Geoff did a great kitchen extension for me 20 years ago and when I needed another one done I went straight back to Geoff. The work is top quality and on budget. Highly recommended.

  Geoff and his team did an absolutely brilliant job of our kitchen extension. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work, communication was clear and quick, the team were helpful and cheerful and great to have around. They went above and beyond to solve any issues which arose along the way. Definitely highly recommend.

  We used Burhill Properties to refurbish a previous house, so when it can to extend our current home, we contacted them again. They have done a fantastic job and you wouldn’t know that the extension wasn’t part of the original house from the outside. Really lovely guys to work with and quality tradesmen. Highly recommend!

  Interior Designers First Hand Experience

  Burhill Properties were incredible the whole way through and worked really well with the architect and structural engineer. Geoff helped us through a few stressful moments due to us having to change designs with the architect. The work was done so quickly but with amazing quality. Myself and my neighbours have all said how lovely they all were but also how efficient too. I am an interior designer and will highly recommend them to any clients in the future.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Burhill Properties. Geoff, Ellie and the team were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Our extension was completed on time and on budget, which was such a relief, especially as we were working towards having everything ready before our baby arrived! Geoff was fantastic throughout and such a lovely guy– always available to answer questions, give updates, and make sure everything ran smoothly. All of the contractors were excellent, clearly experienced and took real pride in their work, and again such great guys to have around.
