Old boiler had blocked heat exchanger, new boiler has 5 years warranty and a new system filter
New boiler install now with 5 years parts and labour warranty for that extra peace of mind
New Baxi boiler 10 year warranty. With the old boiler my customer had to walk upstairs to turn the heating on now only has to turn the thermostat on downstairs.

One of the hardest combi swaps I’ve ever had to do. Keeping it all in the same cupboard for the customer to avoid having to rechange the kitchen.
New boiler fit in new cupboard, was very hard work to make filter and shock arrestor fit in existing cupboard but well worth it. New boxing in to be fit around flue.

Soakaway fitted flag replaced back like we wasn’t even there. See before photo to show the soakaway being installed.
Condensate pipework needs to a drain or soakaway as the water is acidic. This can lead to problems with foundations etc over many year
