  New fuse box, smoke detectors

  David and his brother are excellent at what they do. I have used them three times over last five months. I had a full electrical safety test on house I was selling and new flat I moved into. I required a new fusebox, smoke and heat detectors. I also asked David to put up new light fitting, put in a new hob for me and a plug in a hall cupboard. They worked with me on dates that suited myself and were excellent when at my home. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them. I was happy with the cost.

  Avoid

  Was quoted for works via messages/email, confirmed a time a few days before the work was due, had to chase after he was late and was told he mixed me up with the another person in his diary. No works were carried out, he said the job was as more than what he thought - even though I had been as clear as possible considering I am not an electrician and he hadn’t asked to come round. I asked if he could get the parts and give me a price for said works and he looked a bit miffed and said he felt I should find someone else. Avoid.

  Hello, I do apologise if you feel we have let you down and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. I believe this was just down to miscommunication, i thought i was replacing your shower, instead you were expecting me to wire one in from the fusebaord.

  Disconnection of power to shed

  David and his colleague came out and quickly traced and isolated the power supply going to the shed from the house on the first visit, unlike another electrician that let me down previously for the same job. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

  i would recommend David. He and his colleague (Jamie) were excellent, very good and efficient and explained everything to me. Very quick with report that we very detailed. I feel i had value for money and would certainly use them again. They were able to fit in well with my available time. Thank you very much.

  Kitchen Cooker Hood replacement

  Friendly, efficient and good quality electricians. David was quick and polite over message whilst arranging a date for the installation. He and his partner turned up and they were friendly and respectful to myself and the house. They even went out to get a part that was not included in the cooker hood box, and at no extra cost to myself. They were tidy and the finished article is what I would have hoped for. Would recommend.
