  Mark did a great job fixing our kitchen window, and advising us on another window issue. He was reliable and knowledgeable about what needed doing. Would happily use again.

  Double Glazing Repair/Replacement

  Mark did an excellent job in replacing four double glazing window panes. He attended on same day I had made contact to measure and quote. Mark then attended two days later to fit. He was friendly, prompt and did a great job. Excellent - would highly recommend.

  Replace 2x2m porch Window and door with new UPVC replacements

  Mark arrived on time for the job as soon the windows were delivered. He provided good additional suggestion for adding retractor to the new porch door. Things were tidied up afterward.

  Bathroom window replacement.

  This is the third time I've required Mark's service, this time just a small job of installing a new window in my bathroom. He's courteous, reliable, completely satisfied with his workmanship. Unlike some other traders here, there's no hard sell or pushiness, just a quote and the relevant information.

  Replacement leaded casement window in bay.

  I felt Mark went above and beyond...he ordered the replacement window after very carefully measuring and even drawing the diamond leading. On the day he came to fit it it turned out that it had been made slightly wrongly. I'm not sure we would have noticed right away, but he showed us and ordered another urgently and made sure it was perfect before cleaning up. It added several hours to his work time but the price remained the same and was very reasonable.

  Shattered lounge French window

  My French window was shattered by a stone when a gardener was mowing the lawn. Goldshield responded to my job advert very quickly and came and measured up the next day. Their quote was very reasonable and they were really polite and efficient. New window ordered and fitted a few days after the accident - was really pleased with the service/work I received
