  Very quick and helpful response to initial enquiry. We had a small damp issue that had persisted for years on an internal communal hallway. When we met for an onsite inspection the work needed was quickly identified and carried out quickly with great communication. Left the place very clean and were professional and helpful throughout. A pleasure to work with.

  We had damp coming through a corner in your basement and contacted BUKU to come and assess the route cause and fix it. The team were fantastic: fast, professional, very polite and friendly. They addressed the issue with speed and efficiency whilst being very tidy and respectful of our home. We were delighted with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend this team.   Tanking a semi-basement

  Jac and his team worked really well on this project, damp-proofing a semi basement room that has been problematic for years. All work done was to a high standard, very tidy and very neatly finished. All of the team were very pleasant, and Jac's communication, both with the team and with us, was outstanding. We would be very happy to use them again - having Buku working on our home was a very positive experience!
