Matt did a wonderful job on our inbuilt shelves and cabinets in our sitting room. He communicated really quickly, offered great advice to help us decide what it was exactly what we wanted (including advice on getting the most for our money and long lasting materials) and sent diagrams over in advance that were really helpful. He then managed to do the work two months earlier than planned, and also helped us out by fitting a cupboard door and integrated bin in the kitchen. The shelves and cabinets are top quality - they look fantastic and we will absolutely use Matt again.

Matt was professional and quick at coming back to us with a quote. Reasonably priced and high quality material and level of detail. We love our new baywindow it is beautifully built and to a high quality. Couldn't have asked for better. We would recommend and we will definitely use Built Cusome Woodwork again for future projects.

Couldn’t have asked for this mirror to be done any better! I asked a lot of other businesses before who just outright said no to what I wanted, whereas as soon as I asked Matt he went above and beyond to make sure the mirror was perfect! So glad we chose Matt to complete this for us, we have since used him for our tv unit and I genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else! Couldn’t recommend him enough

We wanted more choice in colours and finishes than offered through the main kitchen suppliers. We got exactly what we wanted by using Built Custom Woodwork. They gave us different price options on what to make the kitchen out of, the laminated/coloured birch ply doors were a great choice. We just gave them a rough plan and links to the appliances we'd chosen, they then showed us cad drawings and sourced samples to view. The finished fitted kitchen looks expensive although it wasn't and it feels very solid and built to last. Top job by a top team, highly recommend.

Matt was very efficient throughout. Came to quote on the work with a very fair price and quickly found an available weekend to do the work. He was clean and tidy and the quality of the woodwork is outstanding.
