The Buildworks South Team provided an exceptional service from quote to completion. Lee provided both building and project management expertise, and visited our house on several occasions to plan the works. His attention to detail was fantastic. Our build presented some challenges due to the age of our Victorian property. The team solved the issues quickly, involved additional structural expertise where appropriate, and kept us well informed. The result is a beautiful finish. With over 30 years’ experience in the building trade and more than 20 years trading as a limited company, we bring extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and pride to every project we undertake.
We are fully qualified solid plasterers, recommended installers of Delta membrane systems, and qualified Damp & Timber Technicians with the Property Care Association (PCA). This allows us to accurately diagnose damp and timber issues and apply the correct long-term solutions, rather than quick fixes.
We cover all aspects of building work, from small repairs and alterations through to full refurbishments, extensions, specialist damp-proofing, and complete plastering packages.
We pride ourselves on being tidy, organised, and respectful in our clients’ homes, and we offer a full start-to-finish service to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
