Further to previous work completed to our satisfaction by Buildsure, we asked Ben to carry out remedial work to our drains to replace a soakaway and to block pave our drive. This was another excellent job completed by Ben and Carter. The improvement was outstanding because the quality of the drain placement and of the block paving has completely transformed the side of the house and facilitated easier access and drainage. It looks so good and has provided a lovely entrance to the garden. We cannot fault Buildsure and the trust we have in them ensures our repeat custom.

This was a complex building project to convert our garage building to a utility room and join the veranda up to a shed roof. As has always been our experience with Buildsure, were were delighted with the outcome. We discussed the project throughout and adopted a number of excellent ideas and innovations that Ben had suggested. As with any project, constant communication and understanding between builder and customer is the key to success and we are genuinely chuffed with the final product. We would 100% recommend Buildsure.

Our garden shed and attached veranda was in urgent need of re-roof to prevent leaks and the deterioration of building. Buildsure provided us with helpful advice on which to make decisions about the perfect solution to resolve the issue. The work was carried out effectively and efficiently and we were delighted with the finish, which made the structure safe, secure and leak-proof. Throughout the project, we maintained regular communication to ensure that as the customer I was 100% happy with the outcome. Please note that this was repeat business following the work done by Ben in Aug 2023.

We asked the company to do work on our property as they said they could start straight away and do everything, they started with the walk in wardrobe but did not finish it ,was supposed to be plaster boarded. Also the floor was not level , all bedrooms took out the flooring and installed what they said was sound proof installation, said they would install sound proof plasterboard with sound installation and it transpires it was nothing of the sort and there was loads of gaps between the boards inbetween and top and bottom,the craftsmanship was diabolical half done jobs there is more .

Ben & Carter arrived promptly on a Saturday morning and spent the day repairing my roof; the job was done efficiently and effectively within one day. Ben had provided a quotation by email in advance and communicated faultlessly with me about what work requited doing. I was very worried about water getting in to my home at the start of the colder months; fortunately they did the job at very short notice so that I could relax. They even phoned me the day before to ask if they could leave materials onvernight on my property before doing the work. I recommend them very strongly!

Ben (assisted by Gary) carried out an excellent job. I told Ben what I wanted and he explained what would be a better look for my room. He carried out the work expertly. It took longer than the 2 weeks he first said it would take. There were times when he said he would be on site but didn't show or message to say he wasn't coming - but a lot of the time it was due to the poor weather conditions, rain, rain and more rain. Every day he worked, the site was left clean and tidy and when he finished, everywhere was also left very clean and tidy. All rubbish removed from site etc.
