The extension is in progress now and approximately halfway completed. The Company and the whole team have kept us up to date with the process and progress of the build. They have been very polite and their work has been exceptional and at all times they have been neat and tidy.

Mark and his team offer and deliver real service, they ask questions, think about solutions from all angles and genuinely want to achieve the best for the project. They work neatly, run an organised site, and all trades are well mannered and friendly. In addition, they pick up the phone, reply to WhatsApp messages and send regular updates on progress - I wouldn’t hesitate to give 5 stars.

Very happy with results! Build South East worked on the renovation of our Victorian house. They built a new bathroom for us according to my design, re-plastered some walls and ceilings, and did some smaller bits and pieces like installing a water softener. Throughout, Mark and his team were completely trustworthy, friendly and the quality of the work was excellent. Mark was responsive to my ideas and was good at presenting a menu of solutions, along with advice about pros and cons. A warning note: be prepared to be flexible about timing because starting and finishing dates tend to slide!

All aspects of build from initial site visit, competitive quote, courteous manner throughout build and tidiness to top draw quality work and finish, Mark and his team were fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a builder who actually cares about your project and their work!

The guys were courteous and professional, always on time and left the property in good order. The work was done to a high standard and I would recommend the company to anyone. Thanks for the service.
