I needed my bathroom and kitchen flooring replacing due to the wood rotting due to water exposure. Lutfi quickly replied to my query and came to visit me within 24 hours to look at the job. He really impressed me with his knowledge and ideas from the outset and he quickly provided me with a quote. He arranged a day and time to suit my work schedule and from start to finish, Lutfi and his team were informative at every stage of the job. During the job, they found a small leak in my toilet and fixed it. Really pleased with the job. Highly recommended.

Lutfi did a great job at removing and replacing a damp-damaged windowsill and repairing the wall next to it. Very quick and tidy work.

Our experience with Build Mode was exemplary. Lutfi was exceptionally responsive from our first interaction and throughout the work. He came to do a site visit to assess the extent of the work and did a very thorough job. He was extremely transparent about pricing (without taking the ceiling out he couldn’t assess the full extent of the work that was needed so built in a contingency price to cover additional work). He was always punctual, worked diligently and carefully, ensuring the job was done properly with minimum disruption and mess and to agreed budget. I fully recommend him.
