We met with Dave earlier in the year and to discuss and quote for a full house renovation we wanted doing; this included everything from taking the walls back to brick, new flooring throughout the downstairs, media wall built, new glass banister for our landing along with a few essential bits like raising a our dining room floor and replacing worn joints. The workmanship carried out was fantastic and we are delighted with the outcome. Dave & Paul are really sound and do some graft! Pricing was reasonable and we managed to keep within our budget

Ive never had any work like this done before so I was a bit apprehensive and got 9 quotes, out of all of those Dave from YESSS Home Improvements seemed the best, gave a good price & was quite likeable, so we went with them. Dave kept in contact the whole time letting me know what is happening & what will be happening next. Dave & his team even went out of their way to place skips & scaffolding in awkward places to protect our brand new driveway (that we probably should have got done AFTER this job really). I'm very happy with the work & would use them again for similar jobs.

Dave and his friendly team worked to a very high standard, i'm totally satisfied with the work they did. Reliable and thorough, great communication [via Whatsapp as well] and very reasonably priced. Darren especially worked really hard and long hours but the whole team worked well and professionally.

Have used Dave before on various works. I simply called called Dave again because I wanted peace of mind on the repair job so I know it’s done once and done properly. The cause of leak was under bath tub plumbing had become old and deteriorated which caused the water to leak from bathroom to living room. He replaced the necessary parts. And at same time I had the bath taps changed whilst he was there. And changed sink taps. He is a Good honest builder who is very knowledgeable and well experienced, and is good value for money (with guaranteed peace of mind).

Dave was helpful at describing the problem and has repaired the roof and point work to the bricks. He also repaired a crumbling corner to the best he could. It’s neater and hopefully will keep the rain out now.

Great job and did a little extra work without amending the quote. Also gave me advice on products to repair rips in the flashing. Would definatley recommend.
