We recently had a new slate roof installed and overall it was a really positive experience. The team were professional, turned up when they said they would, and kept things tidy throughout the job, which we appreciated. David explained us everything clearly at the start, so we knew what to expect in terms of timing and cost. There were no surprises along the way, and any questions we had were answered quickly.

Excellent service from start to finish. After a previous roofer failed to fix the issue, Barl quickly identified the root cause and resolved the leak by replacing my gully and carrying out additional repairs. Their communication was clear and thorough throughout, with different options presented along with the pros, cons and costs of each. They were punctual, professional, left everything clean and tidy, and were friendly and courteous at all times. I would highly recommend them.

Barl installed a new slate roof for me to a very high specification including all the leadwork flashings and leadwork around the chimneys, resecuring the chimney pots too. It was completed on schedule and was signed off by building control without any issues. The team is on point, the works were project managed and the communication throughout was excellent.
