  Good Builder and Electrician and Fine Work

  Stefan’s works for us include:- 1. Laying new boards at Loft 2. A new kitchen 3. A new bathroom 4. Replacing woodworm damaged heavy floor joists in the bathroom 5. Install new Combi-Boiler system together with new radiators. 6. Replace windows and doors with double glazed 7. A new Porch 8. Check and rectify electrical system. All works are completed, good quality. We are extremely happy with the works. Stefan is a very friendly and hardworking builder and electrician. His associated plumber Giani is also very good. We have no hesitation to ask them to work for us again for another house.

  The tireless wonder

  It is not coincidence Stefan is getting good reviews. If you want quality work fast without controversy he is your man. His work ethic is second to none - he has done a few 12 hour days with us redecorating our lounge after removal of the fireplace with outstanding results.

  Garden Rebuild/Landscape

  Building Finesse completely transformed our garden, including constructing a fantastic garden room that we now use as a gym. From start to finish, they were reliable, hardworking, and clearly took great pride in their work. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the ideas they suggested really helped bring the whole project together. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about delivering a top-class finish.   Box frame install

  Used Stefan recently to install a 6m steel box frame for our rear extension. Very pleased working with him. Honest, very good price deal and thrutsworty. Looking forward to having him back for building the extension.

  Stefan has carried out many jobs for us over the years. His attention to detail is very reassuring. I’ve had big jobs like a bathroom refurb, as well as building and other smaller jobs. He is so talented and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
