I found Tom to be a very professional tradesman. I originally hired him to install a toilet and have used him for some subsequent jobs. He is always punctual and prepared for a job. His estimates for the time taken to do a job are always accurate. Old shower ripped out, plasterboard replaced. Decent support for shower tray constructed. Tiling perfect, very sleek job, very tidy, not a speck of dust left anywhere. Tom was absolutely fantastic when I needed a bathroom cabinet putting up. A lot of other places weren’t willing to do it but it’s made such a difference to us and we were so grateful. His communication was brilliant and completely clear the whole way through. Brilliant with his consideration to our indoor cats and he was lovely to our little boy.
