  Fantastic patio renovation

  Jamie and his team have done a fantastic job replacing our patio. From prompt and competitive quoting, helping with design ideas, through to efficient build process. They turned up on time, were really friendly and easy to deal with. We have a few more jobs to do in the garden and driveway, will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks for doing such a great job!

  Can’t recommend them highly enough

  We had a large patio laid by Jamie and his team, in our rear garden. Communication was excellent from the outset. From the initial visit, through choosing slabs and mortar, Jamie identified things for us to consider, and offered suggestions without ever being pushy. On site the lads turned up on time, and even when off to dispose of waste, they always left their work area impeccably tidy and ordered. It’s small things like that that demonstrated their care and attention. Always friendly and respectful, the team finished ahead of schedule. A feat in itself! I highly recommend Build and Scape!

  Front garden parking area addition

  Jamie and his team provided really good advice on how best to extend the parking area on our drive, in a way that met our needs on cost, aesthetics and permeability. Jamie was excellent at finding ways for modern materials (chippings and sandstone setts) to work seamlessly with heritage surroundings. Communication was great and we are very pleased with the end result - especially the care taken with our choice of the grouting colour on the edging setts, ensuring that it was complementary to the overall colouring of the existing pathways.

  Exceptional work, professional team, highly recommended!

  Jamie and his team were absolutely brilliant. From the clear quote to the early finish, their professionalism and workmanship were top-notch. They installed a beautiful patio (bigger and better than imagined!), expertly removed an old built in bench, and put up a perfect, sturdy picket fence and panel. Even with my sloped garden, everything looks level and pristine. They were incredibly tidy, respectful, and genuinely nice guys who go the extra mile (like saving a plant!) -- really caring about their work. Jamie's 'solutions man' approach was truly fantastic. I highly recommend!

  Hard landscaping of garden

From our initial meeting to discuss my vision for the back garden, to the follow-up visit with paint markings to refine the ideas, Jamie's invaluable input was evident. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their communication throughout the project was clear and consistent. Jamie's proactive solutions to unexpected landscaping challenges were impressive.   Lean To at side of house

  We had a second alleyway that wasn’t being utilised effectively for storage. We wanted a bespoke lean-to, both functional and visually appealing, ensuring it complemented the kerb appeal. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, but Jamie and his team truly exceeded our expectations. He carefully worked through our ideas, fully understood our requirements, maintained excellent communication throughout the process. The finished product was beyond what we imagined—the craftsmanship is outstanding, the woodwork enhances the look of the house beautifully. Jamie and his team are a pleasure to work with
