  Work to install a soakaway for extra drainage

  We needed a soakaway for additional drainage as our gutters and single downpipe were not enough to cope with all the rainwater from the roof. Jamie and his team were very helpful, tidy and efficient. They fully explained the process and options available taking into account the possible locations from the property and soil type before starting work. All work was carried out and completed as expected and the area left tidy.

  Strong communication

  Fantastic job from start to finish

  Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The patio looks great and was completed on time and to a very high standard. Jay and his team worked brilliantly together-organised, tidy and took great pride in their work. I’m very pleased with my new patio!

  Five Star Patio and Decking Work

  The work scope was the cleaning and regrouting of our Indian sandstone patio and replacing our decking walkways. As soon as Jamie came to look at the work and described how he would construct the decking subframe, it was clear that this would be far superior to the original one which had rotted and collapsed. The work was performed with great attention to detail and additional work to fix loose flagstones was done without additional cost. The final bill came in below the estimate. The team were a great pleasure to work with and I could not recommend them more highly.

  I recently used Build & Scape and was really impressed with the whole experience. The team were punctual, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions.   Fantastic patio renovation

  Jamie and his team have done a fantastic job replacing our patio. From prompt and competitive quoting, helping with design ideas, through to efficient build process. They turned up on time, were really friendly and easy to deal with. We have a few more jobs to do in the garden and driveway, will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks for doing such a great job!
