3 people came along to quote, discussed positive ways of doing the project, suggested could start ibn about 3 weeks and a quote in a couple of days. That's the last contact I had. Chased up quote after a week with no reply. Why do companies like this waste everyone's time?

From start to finish Build 71 was professional, tidy and the work was completed to a very high standard, we had cheaper quotes from other companys but we chose to go with build 71 as they are based in our road and were glad we did, the quality of the works carried out by there team is top notch, a pleasure to have and will be using them again for future projects.

I’ve used this company several times and they always do an excellent job. They are my go to builders.

The installation of the log. Abin in my garden went well. They had to build a concrete base for it on a very uneven surface. I couldn’t be happier with their work.

Build 71 Ltd are a Great Team. They provided the most professional and seamless service from provision of the quotation, building plans, dealt entirely with the council from start to completion of build. The team were on site every day, carrying out the build in a professional and timely manner. All work has been done to a very high standard. Trustworthy and reliable in every way, I would highly recommend.
