Called Jane and she came out promptly. She did a thorough job inspecting the attic looking for any signs of rats or mice and explained how to treat in case they were any, thankfully it was just a bird that had got trapped and she explained how to manage that well. I was very impressed with her attitude, explanation and courtesy. Happy to use her again and would recommend her.

I contacted Checkatrade at 9.30 and the issue was sorted by 3.30. I wish all traders were this efficient. Not 100 per cent sure the issue is sorted, which is why I scored 7. Looks like it might well rise to 10, because no evidence of hornets
