  I called Lee this morning as we had a wasps' nest near the front door at a rental property. He quoted a price which we accepted and came promptly over to deal with it. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take, then got on with the work. He had finished in about a quarter of an hour and told us what to expect in terms of what the remaining wasps would do. He was very pleasant and efficient, and we are very pleased with the result.
