John and the team were first class. We had 10 windows, door and side panel replaced. John is great at communicating and everything went to plan. On fitting day the team arrived on time and carried out the work to a high standard. John followed up our check a trade advert so quickly and was able to come round within days. John was polite, funny, knowledgeable and gave us great advice and options. This was our first big job on our new house so felt a little apprehensive but John never came across as pushy, gave us honest answers and was able to fit us in in under 3 weeks from the first initial visit. All involved came exactly when they said they would, and they were taking our door off before we even left our street. Joe and team are were great.
