We had previously been let down by a previous builder so needed previous work fixed and extra work done. They quickly put us at ease, remedied the faults and carried out work on ridge tiles, roof tiles and re-felting a bay window. He always explained what work was being done and why so communication was great and showed up on time every day and left the place clean and tidy. Even went the extra mile to come back to fix a small problem i had that wasn't theirs free of charge which i appreciate greatly.
