Turned at the time stated. Investigated and diagnosed the problem and make a good repair. The machine now works perfectly with no error codes. I would recommend him and will use him for another repair in the future. Not all washing machine repairers are equal.

Phoned at 8:30am, arrived before midday to repair my oven. Having asked the make during my initial phone call, he brought the correct part with him and was able to fix it immediately. Arrived promptly and within time specified, clearly knew what he was doing, friendly and polite. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

Excellent. Phoned me back promptly and the estimate given over the phone was close to the cost of the job. Glyn turned up on time and completed the repair quickly. He brought the correct spare part (our washing machine door was broken and I had informed him of the model number). Cannot fault the work and Buddy's will always be our first port of call for appliance repairs.

Ben came to fix my Hotpoint cooker and was very friendly, efficient and professional, unfortunately I had a problem with it after he’d gone, so contacted him again and he returned very quickly to fix it, which happened to be the oven switch had broken. I and my son were very impressed and will definitely use Buddy’s again when necessary. Thank you Ben.
