Ben came to fix my Hotpoint cooker and was very friendly, efficient and professional, unfortunately I had a problem with it after he’d gone, so contacted him again and he returned very quickly to fix it, which happened to be the oven switch had broken. I and my son were very impressed and will definitely use Buddy’s again when necessary. Thank you Ben.

Ben was recommended by a friend of a friend and it was a great recommendation. A lovely friendly person who knew what he was doing, turned up on time, communicated well, explained his charges and no hidden costs. An honest suggestion to repair the 17-year old dishwasher (a newer model wouldn't have been worth it). He persevered trying to get the kickboard off (not an easy task when they had screwed the board in from the adjoining cupboards with no access to the screws!), he found the fault, and returned to fit the new part. Job done and all working. Would definitely use again. Thank you Ben.

My Dishwasher stopped working, found Bens number, very positive response on the phone, we agreed a day/time to visit. Ben was very punctual to agreed time, checked and fixed the problem. He was very professional & chatty. I found him to be very honest, no hidden charges, absolutely brilliant. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again when the need arises.
