We had an issue with the heating in a house we just bought. 3 radiators wouldn't work. We contacted 5 different heating engineers, some turned up but wouldn't take the job on, others didn't show up. CalledBudding Rod and he came all the way from Dalkeith to Kelso to have a look at our fault. He quickly diagnosed the problem, then arranged to come back to do the job. He arrived at 9am, and was here until 9pm as it was a big job. Explained everything he was doing and really worked hard. Got our heating working after months of trying to get it fixed. Lovely chap, highly recommend!

Jakub showed up on time and was very courteous. He carried out the service on my Alpha boiler and also sorted some other issues that were stopping it getting up to temperature as part of the price. He was also very quick to respond so I got the service done the day after posting.
